Information we handle

• Account and contact details, including name, email, phone number, address, student ID and sign-in information.
• Registration details, including date of birth, education, guardian and emergency contacts, medical-status information, profile photo and identity documents.
• School activity, including enrolment, courses, schedules, attendance, learning resources, messages, leave requests, assigned tests and results.
• App activity and technical identifiers needed for security, service operation and optional notifications.

How we use information

We use information to create and protect student accounts, process registration, provide classes and learning services, record attendance and results, support students, send service notifications, and keep the app secure and reliable. We do not use student information for advertising.

Who can access it

Authorised Skylink staff may access information when their work requires it. Trusted hosting, authentication, database and file-storage providers process information only to operate these services. We may disclose information when required by law.

Security

Information is transferred using secure connections. Access to student records is restricted by account and staff role. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Skylink keeps a limited academic record permanently: courses, time at the academy, attendance and marks or results, together with the minimum student identifier needed to match those records. Other information may be retained only when required by applicable law.

Students may request deletion of their app account and other associated personal data through our account-deletion request page. Skylink verifies and processes requests through authorised staff; deleting the app from a device does not delete the account.
